Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Rodrigo Alapont Seara, an individual based in Spain ("Vision," "we," "us," or "our"), covering the Vision iOS and macOS applications (the "App") and this website. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the App.

How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. Who can use Vision

You must be at least 16 years old, which you confirm during onboarding. You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping access to your email secure. One account is for one person.

2. What Vision is

Vision is a focus and execution tool. You set targets, run focus sessions against them, and Vision blocks apps and websites you have chosen for the length of a session. It also includes optional AI features that write insights and suggest schedules.

3. How blocking works, and what you are agreeing to

This section matters more than the rest, so it is worth reading properly. Vision is designed to be hard to stop. That is the product, not a defect, and it has real consequences you are accepting.

  • A Hardcore session cannot be cancelled. Its only exit is Emergency Stop, limited to three uses in any rolling seven day window. Once those are spent, a running Hardcore session will not end until its scheduled finish time.
  • While a Hardcore session runs on iPhone, the App prevents its own deletion. Blocking is enforced by the operating system, so it continues whether or not the App is open, and it survives force-quitting the App.
  • On Mac, Vision installs a privileged helper that writes firewall rules with administrator rights and reasserts them when your Mac restarts, so a block survives a reboot.

Because of this, you must not rely on Vision being liftable on demand, and you must not use it in any situation where being unable to reach an app, a website, or your device could cause harm or loss. Do not block anything you may need in an emergency. Choose your blocklist and your protection level on that basis.

Vision also depends on things outside our control, including Apple's Screen Time framework, your network, and your device's own settings. We do not promise that a block will be complete or unbreakable, and you should not treat it as a security control.

4. Plans and payment

Core is free. Edge is $19 per month and Max is $49 per month, and current plan details are on our Plans page. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects a subscription you already have.

Where you bought your subscription decides who handles the money and who to go to about it.

Bought on iPhone, through the App Store

The purchase is made through Apple as an in-app purchase and is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and the terms of the App Store, not by this section. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you cancel it in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Refunds are at Apple's discretion, and we cannot issue or refuse them on Apple's behalf.

Bought on Mac, through our checkout

The purchase is made through our payment processor, Stripe, and is governed by these terms. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing portal the App opens. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves you on the free plan when the period you have already paid for ends. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law where you live requires it, and if you are a consumer in the EU your statutory withdrawal rights are unaffected by anything here.

We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, work around plan limits, resell access, use it to block someone else's device without their knowledge, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not upload content to Vision that you have no right to use.

6. Your content

Your targets, sessions, notes, images, and any business figures you enter stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the App can work for you, including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider when you use an AI feature, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models.

7. AI features

Vision Analysis and Planner produce suggestions, generated automatically, that can be wrong or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. Decisions you take after reading them are yours.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Vision running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error free. Parts of it depend on services we do not operate, including Apple and our hosting and AI providers. We may change or remove features, and if we retire something significant we will give notice in the App where we reasonably can.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Vision at any time and delete your account from inside the App, under Profile. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription, which you must cancel through Apple.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where it is proportionate we will contact you first.

10. Liability

Vision is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed work, or any indirect or consequential loss, including anything arising from a block engaging or failing to engage when you expected. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights stand.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the App. Continuing to use Vision after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
